Construction under Alert Level 3

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement Auckland remains at COVID-19 Alert Level 3 which will be in place until 11.59pm Sunday 30th August.

Alert Level 3 means our builder partners can maintain progress on construction sites with strict hygiene, health and safety and physical distancing measures in place.

Our Information Centre will be closed during Alert Level 3, however you can still get in touch with us via one of the channels below. Please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for updates.

Your safety is our priority. All construction and site workers working near your home will be following strict rules to keep themselves, you, and the community, safe from COVID-19. These rules will comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act and Ministry of Health guidelines. Hobsonville Point and Kāinga Ora have an audit process in place to ensure contractors are following these guidelines.

It's important to note that under Alert Levels 2 and 3, a NZ COVID Tracer QR code poster will be displayed at entrances, or in a prominent place, at all active businesses nationwide. This includes our build partner sites.

Restrictions will remain in place until midnight on Wednesday 26 August and information on this will be updated as soon as it is made available.
