This afternoon Minister Heatley announced an initiative at Hobsonville Point that will help average wage earning Auckland families achieve their dream of home ownership. 20% of homes build at Hobsonville Point will be sold for under $485,000 and half of these will be sold for under $400,000. Along with mid-priced and upper end priced homes, these more affordable homes will be part of a wide mix of house types and price points.
