We welcome you to come and see Launch Bay and the master-planned vision for the community on Sunday 3rd of March from 11am-2pm. Enjoy the live music and free food while relaxing on the grassed oval, and be one of the first to walk through the just-finished architecturally designed Oval House show home.

Launch Bay is located on the clifftop of Hobsonville Point and is only a short walk from the recently opened Catalina Bay retail and hospitality precinct, the CBD ferry and picturesque coastal walkway.

There are tree great offerings to suit every type of buyer, from architecturally designed two-level homes around the inviting grass oval, to apartments with views across the water, to the four heritage waterfront homes.

Launch Bay access is specifically during show home hours of 11am – 2pm on Saturday/Sunday and 12pm – 2pm on Wednesday or by private appointment.
