Motorists will soon be able to drive from the Hobsonville Village shops all the way to The Landing. Civil and infrastructure works are progressing well for the last section of Hobsonville Point Road (from Hobsonville Point Secondary School through to the Hobsonville Village shops) and are due for completion in early spring.

Meanwhile the new wastewater pump station at The Landing is now complete. Further enabling works associated with connections to this pump station will shortly commence on The Landing and up to the Sunderland Lounge.

Together with Auckland Council Property Ltd, Hobsonville Land Company is part funding the construction of two new storm water ponds on Boundary Road. These ponds, which will primarily service development proposed for Auckland Council land, are due for completion soon.
